My name is João Batista, but you can call me JB or Jota. I'm a Creative Director/AD with over 20 years of experience in different areas of creativity.
Advertising, concept, digital design, social media, visual design, and performance are skills that help me develop exceptional projects for clients such as Toyota, Lexus, Gazzo Racing, Samsung, Waze, Airbnb, Electrolux, Banco Original, Banco do Brasil, and many others. I also dedicated a few years to freelance work, developing visual identities, key visuals, and corporate presentations.
Currently, I'm Group Creative Director at Mutato São Paulo-BR (VML/WPP group), leading the Toyota group's accounts (Toyota LATAM, Lexus, and Gazoo Racing), the Brown Forman group (Jack Daniel's, El JImador, and Worford Reserve), and I lead the mobile creative team for all the agency's clients.
I deeply enjoy music, design, technology, and creativity, and I've been studying the use of AI to improve workflows, rafting, and creativity.
